Timber, concrete and steel are among the traditional building materials used in construction of buildings. Since is a durable material, it material buildings, highways, dams, sidewalks many other areas. Wood one oldest materials, use wood wood-based for structural purposes continues to increase. The deterioration existing wooden structures may result from fatigue biological attack over time. cost replacing damaged elements very high, so seems more appropriate repair strengthen elements. In this study, 20x20x360 mm solid beam reinforced with fiber polymers effect on bending properties was investigated. order determine properties, three-point test applied beams. As determined that polymer composites were better than reference samples.
